Personalized Life Coaching

I strive to create an environment where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes at their own pace. My approach is highly personalized, thoughtful, and collaborative; I tailor my work to each client’s unique experiences, goals, and relationships.

What does this look like in practice? First, we'll identify your goals. I work with a wide-range of clients whose goals may be related to:

Life decisions:

  • Career changes

  • Going back to school

  • Moving to a new city or country

Changing old patterns in:

  • Romantic relationships

  • Friendships

  • Relationship to family

  • Professional settings

Adjusting to:

  • New cultures

  • New roles in life (caretaker, divorcee, empty-nester, etc.)

New life stages:

  • Pre- or post-college life

  • Parenthood

  • Retirement

  • Dating or new relationships

The next step is where the power of coaching comes in—I help you gain awareness about your old patterns and challenges and teach you the appropriate mechanisms to overcome them, thus reducing the barriers to meeting your goals. I’ll also help keep you accountable by reminding you of old patterns, promoting use of change-making skills, and tracking progress towards your goals.

After working with me, you’re also likely to experience one or many of the following: decreased overwhelm and worry, improved communication, strengthened boundaries, and a greater sense of peace, joy, and presence in everyday life.

Science-Informed, Personally Centered

I hold two master’s degrees in the social sciences which means I take evidence-based practice seriously. If I move us in the direction of mindfulness or spirituality, it will always be backed by research. That said, I also have a deep respect for other people's personal and cultural beliefs, customs, traditions, and rituals. If you bring a practice to our work that helps you or is meaningful to you, I’ll affirm it and help you maximize its benefits.

Intercultural & Multicultural Coaching

I also specialize in supporting clients who are navigating life between cultures. This may include first-generation Americans balancing social and familial expectations, people in multicultural relationships, “third culture kids,” or those adjusting to life in the United States. My coaching will help you feel welcomed while also helping you build clarity, understanding, and a stronger sense of belonging.

Growth with Warmth & Humor

Personal growth does not have to feel heavy all the time. In addition to coaching, I perform improv comedy, and humor naturally finds its way into my sessions. I believe laughter, warmth, and authentic human connection can make difficult conversations feel more approachable and meaningful. You’re likely to have fun in our sessions!

Please note: Life coaching is not therapy or counseling. I do not diagnose, accept insurance, or treat trauma; my services are not appropriate for someone in crisis.
