Hello!
About Me
Throughout my life, I’ve had a natural ability to help people develop greater self-awareness through compassionate listening and thoughtful questioning. I’m known for my warm, curious, and enthusiastic personality, which helps others see themselves in a more positive light. I also bring a sense of humor to coaching—don’t be surprised if we laugh during our sessions.
I’m a lifelong learner with two master’s degrees in the social sciences and a bachelor’s degree in art history. I enjoy reading nonfiction, listening to podcasts, visiting museums, attending lectures, taking art and professional development classes, watching documentaries, and spending time with people who inspire me to keep learning and growing. At the same time, I don’t take life too seriously. I love “trashy” TV shows, and I love watching and performing comedy. I find that I move through the world with humor, curiosity, and lightheartedness.
Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, I left for the East Coast at 18 and have since lived on both coasts and abroad. I eventually returned to St. Louis to reconnect with the strong sense of community I have here and to be closer to my aging parents, nieces, and lifelong friends.
Travel remains one of my greatest passions. Being near water brings me a sense of both peace and excitement. I also love exploring new cities, urban parks, vibrant neighborhoods, and unique museums. Through travel and living abroad, I’ve connected with people and perspectives from around the world, and I still consider many of those I’ve met along the way close friends. Overall, my life experiences and education have deepened my understanding of human nature, culture, and connection.
Please note: Life coaching is not therapy or counseling. I do not diagnose, accept insurance, or treat trauma; my services are not appropriate for someone in crisis.
